Boss Up & Glow is committed to making our website, online store, courses, certification programs, and digital resources accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities.

We are continually working to improve the accessibility and usability of our online content. Our goal is to follow recognized accessibility practices, including the applicable recommendations of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Our ongoing efforts include:

  • Providing alternative text for meaningful images

  • Using clear headings and organized page layouts

  • Maintaining readable text and sufficient color contrast

  • Supporting keyboard navigation when possible

  • Providing captions or transcripts for educational videos

  • Using descriptive links, buttons, and form labels

  • Making downloadable resources as accessible as reasonably possible

Third-Party Platforms

Some parts of our online experience are provided through third-party platforms, including Wix, ClickFunnels, Vimeo, payment processors, and embedded tools. Although we do not control every accessibility feature offered by these providers, we aim to select and configure these services with accessibility in mind.

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website, store, course platform, videos, forms, or downloadable materials, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative whenever possible.

When contacting us, please include the page or material you were trying to access and a brief description of the difficulty you experienced.

  • Used the Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues

  • Set the language of the site 

  • Set the content order of the site’s pages

  • Defined clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages

  • Added alternative text to images

  • Implemented color combinations that meet the required color contrast

  • Reduced the use of motion on the site

  • Ensured all videos, audio, and files on the site are accessible
