Facial Certification Disclosure & Agreement

Please read this Agreement before purchasing or accessing The Facial Certifications. By selecting the required agreement checkbox at checkout and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Purpose and status of the training

The Facial Certifications are a private professional training program covering the facial protocol and relateproducts and techniques presented in the course. It is provided for education and professional development.

This program is not state board accredited. Its certificate is a private course certificate, not a professional license. Unless Boss Up and Glow expressly states otherwise in writing, the course does not award continuing education credit or satisfy any licensing, supervision, or continuing education requirement.

Completing this course does not, by itself, give you legal authority to perform any service. You are responsible for determining whether each product, tool, device, and technique is permitted within your professional scope of practice and at your place of business.

2. Professional eligibility and legal compliance

This training is intended for estheticians, cosmetologists, and other skincare professionals who are legally permitted to perform the relevant services in their location. Before performing any course technique on a client, you must hold all licenses, registrations, permits, and authorizations required where you practice.

Laws and professional scopes of practice vary by location. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply to you, including any restrictions on facial massage, cryotherapy, devices, product use, and advertising. Boss Up and Glow may request proof of your professional credentials and may withhold certification if you do not meet the course requirements.

3. Completion and certificate

Purchasing the course does not automatically make you certified. To receive a Facial Certificate of Completion, you must complete the required training and any assessments or submissions identified in the course.

The certificate confirms completion of Boss Up and Glow’s private training requirements. It does not replace a professional license, guarantee competency in every client situation, or authorize a service that is outside your legal scope of practice.

Your certificate will be issued in the name of the individual who completes the training. It may not be transferred to another person.

4. Client care and professional responsibility

You are responsible for your own professional judgment and for every service you provide. This includes assessing each client, reviewing relevant health information and contraindications, obtaining informed consent, selecting appropriate products and techniques, following product and device instructions, maintaining sanitation standards, documenting the service, and responding appropriately to adverse reactions.

You must modify or decline a treatment when a client’s condition, a product warning, your training, or an applicable rule calls for it. You are also responsible for maintaining any professional or business insurance appropriate for your practice.

Boss Up and Glow does not examine your clients, supervise your services, or make treatment decisions for you. No particular client result, revenue outcome, or absence of adverse reactions is promised.

5. Individual enrollment and employee certification

The standard enrollment and course access are for one named individual. Login credentials, lessons, videos, manuals, and other training materials may not be shared.

A spa or business that wants additional providers to perform the Facials under the Boss Up and Glow name must purchase one Employee Certification Add-On for each additional provider. Each employee must complete the training requirements applicable to that add-on before being represented as certified. Purchasing an add-on does not grant access or certification to an unlimited number of employees.

An employee certification is tied to the named employee and the purchasing business. If that employee leaves the business, the business may not transfer the employee’s certification or course access to a replacement. The departing employee may not continue representing themselves as currently certified to offer the Boss Up and Glow Facials at another business unless they obtain the applicable independent authorization or certification from Boss Up and Glow.

These program rules do not determine whether an employee may perform otherwise lawful facial services under their professional license.

6. Use of the Divine Lift Facial name and materials

While your certification is current and you comply with this Agreement, Boss Up and Glow permits you to identify yourself as trained in the Divine Lift Facial and to offer the authorized service under that name. This permission is personal, limited, and nontransferable. You may not claim to own, represent, or speak on behalf of Boss Up and Glow.

You may not copy, record, upload, distribute, sell, sublicense, or provide course videos, manuals, handouts, images, templates, or other supplied materials to anyone else. You may not teach or sell a training or certification based on Boss Up and Glow’s course materials, or use Boss Up and Glow branding to market an unauthorized training program.

This Agreement does not prevent you from using skills and knowledge you lawfully acquire within the limits of your professional license. It governs access to the course materials, your promises concerning their use, and your permission to use Boss Up and Glow’s program name and branding.

7. Certification term and renewal

The Facials certification remains current for two years from the certificate issue date, unless it ends earlier under this Agreement. To continue representing yourself as currently certified or offering the facial under the Boss Up and Glow name after that date, you must complete the then-current renewal requirements and pay the renewal fee disclosed at the time of renewal.

Renewal may include updated training or an assessment. Renewal is not automatic, and Boss Up and Glow does not promise that any particular renewal fee or course version will remain available indefinitely.

8. Kits, products, and shipping

If your purchase includes a kit, its contents are described on the applicable sales page or checkout. Products supplied by a skincare partner may ship separately from items shipped by Boss Up and Glow. Any stated processing or shipping time is an estimate unless expressly identified as a guarantee.

You are responsible for checking products and equipment before use, following manufacturer instructions, monitoring expiration dates, and complying with applicable storage, sanitation, and safety requirements. Report missing or damaged items promptly using the contact information provided with your purchase.

Your certificate is shipped or delivered separately after you complete the certification requirements, as described on the sales page.

9. Sales and refunds

Certification purchases are final sale and nonrefundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise or Boss Up and Glow expressly agrees otherwise in writing. This includes course access and any included kit, subject to your rights concerning missing, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.

10. Suspension or revocation

Boss Up and Glow may suspend course access, withhold a certificate, or revoke permission to use the Facial names if you materially violate this Agreement. Examples include sharing course access or materials, misrepresenting your credentials, issuing unauthorized certificates, or using the brand to market an unauthorized training.

When practicable, Boss Up and Glow will provide notice and an opportunity to address a correctable issue. Ending access or certification does not give you ownership of the course materials or permission to continue using the program’s name or branding.

11. Liability and limits of the agreement

You are responsible for the services you perform and the business decisions you make after taking this course. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Boss Up and Glow is not responsible for claims arising from your treatment of clients, your failure to comply with professional requirements, or your use of products or equipment contrary to their instructions.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

12. Electronic acceptance

By checking the required agreement box at checkout, you confirm that:

You have read and agree to this Disclosure & Agreement;
You understand that this is a private training certificate, not a professional license or state board accreditation;
You are responsible for verifying your professional scope of practice and complying with applicable law;
You understand that each provider requires their own authorized enrollment or employee certification;
You agree to protect the course materials and follow the rules for use of the Divine Lift Facial name; and
You understand the stated certification term and refund policy.

You may save or print a copy of this Agreement for your records.
